Applying for the Informatics major this spring? Need a fresh set of eyes on your essay? Informatics Undergraduate Association (IUGA) is hosting essay review sessions to help you refine your application and make it stand out! 

We’re offering three flexible options: 

��� Virtual Reviews – Get real-time input from anywhere on Oct. 2, 5-7 p.m. If selected, a Zoom link will be emailed to you closer to the date. 

• opens on Sept. 23 at 10 a.m. PT and closes Sept. 27 at 11:59 p.m.
• You will be paired with a current Informatics student who will review your essays and leave comments. They will not edit your essay for you.
• Virtual and synchronous - the event will take place over Zoom, and you will have 15 minutes to work with a reviewer. 

��� Asynchronous Reviews – Submit your essay by Sept. 20 for review. Sign up – sign-up form opens on Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. PT and closes Sept. 20 at 11:59 p.m.

��� In-Person Sessions – Meet with a reviewer for live feedback. Operating Oct. 1, 5-7 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: the location of this event is still to be decided, so keep an eye out on our Instagram page (@iuga.info) to stay updated! 

Notes: Spots are limited and we will be operating on a first-come, first-served basis. By signing up, you are not guaranteed a review. You may only have your essay reviewed once across all options with IUGA.
